Best Wireless Earbuds That Don’t Fall Out

I tested five wireless earbuds and found JLab Go Air to be the best wireless earbuds that don’t fall out.

Whether you want to listen to music while you work out, check out a podcast while you eat lunch, or need to take a call while you’re walking the dog, wireless earbuds can be fantastic.

As a podcaster, I am always looking for better ways to do my show. I love the freedom of wireless earbuds because I don’t have to worry about the computer mouse or my arm snatching them from my ear.

Besides that, JLab Go Air earbuds will not fall out because they come with tips of different sizes that you can easily adapt to your ear.

But I’ve also selected other earbuds that might please you if you’re a sports fan, ones that will give you an extra guarantee that won’t fall off, and a premium choice if you don’t mind spending a bit more.

But even though there are a lot of them out there, not all wireless earbuds are great. Some never seem to fit your ear, or they fall out when you get a little sweaty. I reviewed the most popular ones so that you can determine the right ones for you. The categories that I looked at were:

JLab Go Air

  • Price: $
  • Best Feature: Long battery life
  • Bluetooth Connection: Auto-connect to devices
  • Charge: Charging case and cable included
  • Fit: Multiple gel tips for sizing

JLab is my go-to brand. My needs are for podcasting. I love that they connect automatically to my various devices after setup. I need something that isn’t going to have a lot of latency between what I see on my computer screen and what I hear in my ears.

The reason that I prefer them over others is the fact that they have such good sound quality without breaking my wallet. I can usually get these for less than $50. At that price, I can replace them if they are lost or stolen.

They are also easy to charge. Just put them back in the case. Once a week, pull the attached cable out of the case and plug it into a USB port. It charges very quickly.

And the fit is great! If you have problems with earbuds falling out of your ears due to movement or sweat, all you have to do is change out the gel tips to different sizes until they fit better.

PALOVUE Wireless Earbuds

  • Price: $
  • Best Feature: Ear hook
  • Bluetooth Connection: Auto-connect to devices
  • Charge: Charging case and cable included
  • Fit: Added security

Most of the wireless earbuds on this list have a similar basic design. They insert into the ear and set in place. The fit mostly comes from the size of the tip of the bud. Some are better than others at staying put while you move around.

The Palovue wireless earbuds have an added hook for your ear to make them stay in place even better. They also provide you with an earphone experience with great, noise-canceling sound.

They are also one of the least expensive on the list. These will usually cost you less than $40.

BOSE Sport Earbuds

  • Price: $$$
  • Best Feature: Sound quality
  • Bluetooth Connection: Auto-connect to devices
  • Charge: Charging case and cable included
  • Fit: Form-fitting tips

BOSE is a recognizable name in sound. And their wireless earbuds designed for exercise show us why. They are easily the most expensive ones on the list. But that price brings added features and a brand that is known for quality.

The StayHear Max tips are weather-resistance and form-fitting. They will stay in your ears regardless of how hard you work out or how much you sweat.

The sound quality is the best part of the BOSE Sport earbuds. If you’re on the fence, hearing music played through a BOSE speaker will decide for you. The music is crisp. The performers sound like they are right there with you.

What To Look for in Wireless Earbuds

When you’re exercising, every movement shakes your earbuds. To be sure that you are buying wireless earbuds that don’t fall out, choose ones that come with additional tips so you can replace them with different sizes. If they fall out, you can put bigger tips on them that will make them fit a little tighter.

Water-resistance is important as well. The main reason your earbuds come out is that your sweat gets on them and they slip. If you buy wireless earbuds that offer more resistance to moisture, it will help alleviate this problem.

FAQ

If you have some pressing questions about wireless earbuds, see our list below.

Are the higher-priced wireless earbuds less likely to fall out?

There is no doubt that the higher-priced earbuds on this list are built of better quality materials that should help with slippage. That isn’t a guarantee though. There is no reason to think that the less-expensive options will not have an equal ability to stay put.

Do the earbud options with ear hooks give more security?

Yes. The ear hook will help them to stay in place. But some people don’t like the way they feel. Your best option is to get them and give them a try. If you don’t like them then you can return them.

Always read product reviews before buying anything online. If there is something wrong with a product, a user will let you know.

Which Wireless Earbud Is the Best?

The JLab Go Air are the earbuds that I use for podcasting. I also use them when I go out for a walk near my home. They are not nearly the most expensive earbuds on this list, but the sound quality is good. And since they came with additional gel tips, I never have trouble getting them to stay in my ears.
